Petra Stormen

Her work combines applied leadership practice, executive coaching, and systems-level thinking, with a strong focus on performance, clarity, and sustainable behavioural change. She works at the intersection of human behaviour, organisational capability, and strategic execution — helping leaders and teams perform with greater alignment, ownership, and decision quality under pressure.

As founder of MySkillsLab, Petra designs the underlying structures that translate development into execution. Her work focuses on how capability becomes visible in day-to-day behaviour, how teams reduce friction and increase effectiveness, and how organisations build systems that continue to hold as complexity grows.  Drawing from two decades of international leadership and coaching experience, her approach integrates behavioural psychology, organisational dynamics, and real-world operational context to create development that is practical, measurable, and built to last.
