Responsible AI
We use AI to work faster and to raise the quality of what we produce. The insight, judgement and professional accountability behind every deliverable remain human.
Five commitments govern how AI appears in work we deliver to you.
Every recommendation, assessment, coaching intervention and client deliverable is reviewed and approved by a qualified professional.
We protect client information through appropriate security practices and do not knowingly expose confidential data to public AI systems.
AI-generated content is treated as a draft. It is verified for accuracy, relevance and alignment with your organisational context before it is shared.
Where AI has materially contributed to a deliverable and disclosure is appropriate or legally required, we communicate this openly.
Our internal governance framework aligns with applicable European legislation, including the EU AI Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, and is reviewed as technology and regulation evolve.
Our internal framework sets out six principles. They apply to every employee, contractor, associate, coach, trainer and delivery partner acting on behalf of MySkillsLab.
No decision affecting a client, participant or partner may rely solely on AI-generated output.
Confidential information is never entered into public AI systems unless explicitly authorised, and is anonymised wherever AI support is appropriate.
Every AI-assisted deliverable is reviewed for accuracy, consistency, language, completeness, client context and regulatory compliance. The final version is a human product.
We never represent AI-generated content as independent expertise.
Only approved platforms are used. Credentials and access information are never shared with AI systems, and integration with client environments requires prior approval.
Responsible use requires ongoing learning and critical thinking. Every member of the team shares responsibility for AI literacy.
Five documents make up our AI governance. All carry version 1.0 and take effect on 2 August 2026. Copies are available on request through your MySkillsLab business development director.
Client procurement and information-security teams are welcome to request any of these documents under our standard confidentiality terms. Your business development director will arrange it.
MSL-SOP-001 and MSL-FORM-001 govern day-to-day practice and are held on the internal drive. Anyone working on behalf of MySkillsLab receives both on joining an assignment.
Speak to your MySkillsLab business development director, or write to us directly. We are happy to walk a procurement or information-security team through the framework.
