  Is this program right for our team or organization?

  When are the sessions delivered?

Sessions are planned in collaboration with you. We typically offer 60–90 minute live masterclasses or workshops—online or onsite—tailored to your team’s rhythm and time zones. Each session balances insight, reflection, and real-world application.

  Do participants need any special setup or equipment?

Just a laptop, a stable connection, and an open mindset. All templates, workbooks, recordings, and assessments are provided through the MySkillsLab learning platform for easy access and follow-up.

  Is There Practical Work To Do?

Absolutely—but it’s integrated into real work, not added on top of it. Participants experiment with new behaviors, apply insights directly to their current roles, and reflect on what shifts. The result: lasting change that shows up in daily performance.

  Can we include coaching or assessments?

Definitely. Many clients enhance their learning journey with one-on-one or team coaching for deeper integration. We also offer add-ons such as leadership assessments (GLA360, TeamScan™, etc.) to track progress and impact.

  What if our team is very experienced—will this still challenge them?

Yes. The deeper the expertise, the more value participants gain. MySkillsLab programs invite experienced leaders to refine their style, deepen influence, and strengthen collaboration—going beyond competence to true leadership impact.

  How soon can we start?

Programs can typically begin within 4-8 weeks, depending on design scope and scheduling. For larger rollouts, we’ll co-create a timeline that aligns with your business calendar. We always hold space for emergency sessions.

  Can we measure the impact?

Yes. We build evaluation and reflection tools into every program—from pre-assessments to post-program insights—so you can track shifts in behavior, performance, and engagement. Our full LMS has an extensive reporting module, we will discuss upfront with you in detail.
